SHEET 00 — CORRESPONDENCE
Every bathroom starts with a conversation about the room you already have. Tell us where it is, how it’s used and what isn’t working. It might be a tight Art Deco bathroom, a terrace ensuite, or a shower that has started to leak. Send a short note through the enquiry form below. If you’re planning a full renovation, the Request a Quote page explains what to include in a renovation brief and which photos help, then uses the same short form.

SHEET C1 — ENQUIRY
The enquiry form asks for your name, email and phone so we can reply, then your location, a subject, an indicative budget and a rough timeframe. The message box is where the useful detail goes.
You don’t need a finished plan. Just a clear picture of the room and what you’d like to change.
→ Suburb and building type: apartment, terrace, house or Art Deco flat
→ The room: main bathroom, ensuite, powder room or laundry
→ What’s wrong now: layout, leaks, dated finishes, storage
→ Anything fixed: a window, a riser, strata rules
See our Privacy Policy for how enquiries are handled.
SHEET C2 — ROUTING
Pick the route that matches where you are. Each one reaches the same team.
A · GENERAL QUESTION
Use the enquiry form above for questions about services, design or whether your room suits a walk-in shower. The FAQ may answer it first.
B · RENOVATION BRIEF
For complete bathrooms, ensuites or laundries, the quote page walks through what to put in your brief and which photos help, using the same short form.
C · WATER WHERE IT SHOULDN’T BE
Mention staining, lifting tiles or damp skirting in your message. Read about leaking shower repairs and waterproofing.
Reference: glass shower, tiled walls and vanity, the elements most briefs start with
