SHEET 00 — THE BRIEF

Request a Free Bathroom Renovation Quote

Every drawing set starts with a brief. Tell us about the room you have and the room you want, whether that’s a full renovation, a tired ensuite, a walk-in shower in a narrow flat or a shower that has started to leak. The clearer the picture, the more useful any follow-up will be.

SHEET 01 — ENQUIRY

Describe the room, not just the finish

Tiles and tapware come later. What helps most at this stage is how the room works today and what isn’t working. Try to cover:

— The type of home: apartment, terrace, Art Deco flat or house
— What stays where it is and what you’d like moved
— Bath, shower over bath or walk-in shower
— Any signs of water damage or a leaking shower
— Whether you’re in an owners corporation building

We use these details to respond to your enquiry. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.

SHEET 02 — SEQUENCE

What usually follows an enquiry

01

Your enquiry is reviewed

Your notes show the likely scope, whether that’s a complete renovation, a single shower, a vanity swap or a repair.

02

Follow-up questions may come up

We may follow up with questions about scope and priorities, such as whether to keep the bath or change the layout.

03

A quote depends on the room

The condition of the walls and floors, where the plumbing sits and how easy the room is to reach all affect what a quote covers.

SHEET 03 — ELEVATIONS

Photos that help us see the room

A few phone photos can say more than a long description. Describe the room in your message, and have these photos ready if we ask for them. Daylight with the lights on shows the room best.

▭  The whole room, taken from the doorway

▭  The shower, including the floor, screen and waste

▭  The vanity wall, with mirror and any cabinets

▭  Any leaks: stains, lifting tiles, cracked grout or damp skirting nearby

▭  The window and ceiling, where ventilation matters
